Most "free chat" streams will at least have some list of general topics that you either plan to or may touch on over the course of the stream. Otherwise you're just winging it and that can lead to awkward dead air or just meandering uninteresting yapping. It's hard to give an example when it's the general vibe we get from your stream, it comes from everything like the family friendly language, the soft way you speak, how many times you act as a punching bag for your chat, how sometimes you act like a doormat for no reason, etc.
I made a joke a few months ago(which I didn't know it would hurt you) and after you made it clear that you did not like that joke because it but too close I ended up feeling bad for the rest of the day, since then I'm even more careful while chatting both in streams and in private messages because I don't find making others feel bad or awkward particularly enjoyable and that feels even worse in DMs.

I think it might help if you make more offbeat jokes or insert some edgy humor here and there. One of my favourite streamers is Shondo and I think the way she handles seiso vs unseiso is very good. Put your content out where people can find it, make that content interesting to the people in the niche, and your audience will find you on their own. To be able to put it where your potential audience will see it, you have to know where they are. Do they typically find that content in off-stream videos on youtube? Are they twitter folk?
