A man living on an island alone might be superficially free, but i'm not sure he'd see it that way. My gut says freedom develops roughly in tandem with cooperation and luxury because it follows that a harmonious, prosperous society has less need of authoritarian measures to compel its population.

I don't really have a problem with any of those rules in general but the way she worded them and the unnecessary length are somewhat annoying. If you have a "don't roleplay" rule don't call me "your gangmember" in the same sentence. "Read the room" and "It's about vibes" are redundant and what's the point of being so specific about those rules if you add a disclaimer that you reserve the right to ban me for any reason anyway( which by itself I wouldn't mind either). If I'm being courteous by reading your silly rules at least do me the favor of keeping them as concise as possible and don't treat me like an idiot.
If I visited someone's house and they insisted that I mustn't shit on their carpet and held a long speech about it before I was allowed to enter I'd be kind of annoyed despite having no intention to shit on their carpet in the first place.

Im gonna be real honest but a lot of streamers haven't mastered the art of being concise with language when it comes to establishing rules. Is it bad to have rules? No, but I will say that not everyone is gonna read a wall of text. That and a lot of people need to just not use periods at the end of sentences so that a streamer can seem more approachable
I may not be a streamer but I feel like a good way to go about rules is "they're in the description" and "if you didn't read them properly, then that's your fault, not mine". Its one thing if they are well mannered people, its another if they are a nuisance. So that discretion is there and if anything, they can write an appeal.

I have never in my goddamn life read a single rule that any vtuber or streamer has set in my 10+ years as a viewer of this form of entertainment. I have also never been banned because being a jackass is really not that hard. That being said if I ever click on anybodys stream and I see something like this pop up that is a damn good way to make sure I never watch your shit. It’s not that I disagree with any of these rules, the tone of it just tells me that the individual who wrote it is likely an abrasive asshole who I wouldn’t want to watch anyway.
