I guess it matches the disorganized collab going on but it was pretty bad. Didn't Finana already do a collab with some of them in gmod already? You would think wouldn't have this issue but I guess you can't expect much like doing a test with all of them beforehand. honestly, as a tsunderia and prism fag, there's good reason they're not as popular.
They are all extremely amateur and aren't very well put together, some of the girls have potential but others I think are just not cut out for vtubing or are well fit in their tiny niche.

For example, I think someone like Kallin or Meru could make it big with a bit more experience. But while Yuuna is comfy, I think she's at her peak where she is now, plus she leans very very heavily on the IRL side of things which tells me she isn't that big into the vtubing thing and is using it more as a fad. I couldn't see Yuuna working at the large scale of Niji or Holo or even vshojo.
Same with someone like Rita, I think Rita works really well as a vtuber, but she works in a nice small scale personal environment, I can't see her having the same appeal or charm with a chatbox that goes a million miles per hour.

A time schedule of how long the stream will be.
What could go wrong and if it go wrong what's the plan B. Everything should be prepared.

Zen started off as a VR Chat mute character with more of a military officer look.

During a stream at the end of September 2018 there was a voice reveal and there was a guy and girl in the room when the recording was done, the girl saying she was Zen. Within a couple days people were claiming Zen was being operated by a couple or that a guy was operating Zen and had a random girl come in to be a female voice. It was limited to the VR Chat community and cooled off by the end of 2018. It didn't even trip off the known harassment websites, with Zen's name only coming up when they were targeting another user in her orbit.

Just saying if you're wanting to start shit over if Zen is a guy or girl, the community has already had that blow over.

It was doomed from the start. Collabs of this magnitude are too much without proper workshopping beforehand to loosely map out some conversation topics, roles, cues and segments. The goal should've been believable yet moderately structured production that made everyone involved look fun yet mildly professional.

Trainwreck collabs are more for indepensent ironic self depreciating streamers whose content style revolves around their shit always being fucked up. That sort of look is bad for an agency chuba because it makes them seem trashy and undeserving of their corporate backing. A corporate chuba doesn't have to be complete sanitized, but you really don't want your brand spokespeople to ever be rolling around in the mud or babbling like retards while the world burns down around them. The less they associate with classless hacks, the better. Hololive isn't wrong to expect outside collab partners to shape up before coming anywhere near their roster, even if they're wrong to take things to the opposite extreme.

Hey how do I plug into whatever delusional reality you faggots are living in, where everyone word or action has a ulterior motive and everyone secretly hates each other and holds grudges over every slight social misstep? It sounds way more exciting than the real world, where sometimes group of people meeting for the first time can just be kinda awkward at first and not every social interaction goes perfectly.

I really like NijiEN but the first half was a mess for everyone involved.

I don't like that VSHOJO insisted on using maps and taunts with Copyrighted music which practically forced LazuLight and Pikamee to private the VOD, and I hate Zen's incessant rambling when the others are talking because of the TTS delay.

But I do think they all did this because they wanted to and not a result of managerial strongarming. The leash on NijiEN is exceptionally long (for better or worse), and LazuLight have interacted with plenty of these whilst they were Indies for me to reasonably believe they're genuinely friends.

Selen said in her Q&A that she was invited to join but rejected it, so no one is forcing them behind the scenes. It was just a mess until Prop Hunt saved it.

Overall I don't think it RESULTED in a terrible collab but the first hour was awful. Froot and Vei were surprisingly not that bad. Finana and Vienna were great.
