Just off the top of my head, in her FIRST YEAR, she made a MASSIVE VRchat world to advertise the company complete with individualized rooms to give people a rundown on every single nijisanji EN talent at the time, commissioned lo-fi remixes of every single NijiEN original song and gave them out to be used as BGM, commissioned several sets of 3D VRchat models to be used by the other talents, single-handedly got them many game perms by directly contacting developers and making friendships with them, did the most collabs outside of nijisanji and got a lot of eyes on NijiEN for Apex since JP was going absolutely nuts over it and collabed with top JPs like Kanae, both boosting them in the west and getting attention from the JPs, making such an impression that he was ok with giving her his fucking necklace when they later met. I know I'm missing some stuff too because she often didn't talk about the stuff she was doing behind the scenes unless it was near complete, and like Ame some stuff just went uncredited.

And like I said, ALL of this happened between her debut in July and the next July. I don't remember if she organized any tournaments, but I distinctly remember a VRChat massive collab between a large number of the EN organs, in which some of the people loved the VRchat dragoon model so much they used it instead of their own.

Ike did absolutely nothing in that stream. He was such a nothing that nobody even bothered to ask him about anything after his appearance. He just seemed like somebody who was ACTUALLY forced to be there. He was so hilariously inoffensive that even the goons don't give a shit about him despite taking up 1/3 of the airtime.

The big thing is that there's still a lot of unknowns that we honestly can't pin all the facts on. Even the most charitable interpretation of the events is that Nijisanji had a talent waste 15k of their own money on a mystery project for the company without them knowing about it, then in the final hour the only problem with the video is that it SUDDENLY didn't have the perms that didn't exist during production due to a new rule that was applied retroactively and Selen was never informed of, causing her to miss her fucking deadline. That's the absolute best case scenario for Nijisanji.
