Nothing, the last 5 days i have slept basically 24/7, sleeping for 6-8 hours, awake for 30 minutes before i am so tired i sleep for 6-8 hours again etc etc

Cut the slop (sweets, processed shit, excess salt) and get some regular exercise, and do some mental relaxation exercises (yoga or breathing exercises or whatever).
