That's good. It's hard to say what the issue is without knowing her configuration, what she changed recently...or anything really. If the PC just shuts off then it could be overheating or a power issue (e.g. bad power supply). As a test, I just yanked the power cable from my PC to see what kind of event would be logged if the PC immediately lost power. If you open the Windows Event Viewer, open "Windows Logs", and then look at "System" it'll show Event ID 6008 when that happens, which is a generic unexpected shutdown event and could be other things. If it's a thermal issue, Google says you might get an Event ID 86 indicating a Critical Thermal Event. It could probably be a lot of other things too, but the event viewer might help shed some light. If the PC is getting a blue screen before it shuts down that could be a lot of things, usually the blue screen will have "Stop Code" text to help diagnose that.
