I think the first one was an abomination from writing to cinematography to the actors (excl Pattinson). I didn't watch this one all the way through, but I did test it to make sure the movie worked and from what I've seen so far... it's all downhill from Twilight 1. We'll find out tomorrow

I'm more of the opinion that is pretty juvenile. It takes the fantasies of 13-18yo girls, and uses lots of pretty actors to sell it. I can agree it doesn't deserve praises for its plot, and that it doesn't really work with any complex idea.

Pattinson was pretty rough too don’t lie. Edward is a really fucking weird character but we could’ve done a lot better. Hell, he has gotten better. Batman in the latest movie is also very awkward in his interpersonal relations and mannerisms, but Pattison is able to convey that a lot better than when he was playing Edward

I'm not one to usually say this, but I think Rissa has taught us to be honest: girls might just be as weird as guys are about things and it had nothing to really do about his acting skill and it just filled a deeply carnal need they had that was filled.
