The final snapping point for Selen was Christmas. She officially wanted out Jan 26. NijiEN were trying to find the right way to spin it so they come out looking good and Selen comes out looking bad, with the doc at least partially ready on-hand to post with 2 hours notice.
The posting of the termination was a snap, panicked decision because whatever was in the docs Selen's lawyer sent scared them.

If you are wondering what the right way to go about this PR was, to actually make Selen look crazy, it would've been to just be nice to her when writing up that termination letter and not get into the weeds of alleged harassment, bullying, her dodging perms like anyone cares, reputational damage that wasn't even there, and simply state NijiEN values Selen and that she has requested to move on with her career.
