I'll second this, and also recommend watching every Fes from 1 to 4 in order when you have the time. I rewatched them myself recently and even as a longtime fan, seeing the progression of each one was incredible.

Imagine FWMC regularly searching the Twitters of their regular Ruffians throughout the break and seeing them remove their oshi marks from their names, change their cover images, and reposting/liking posts related to other Hololive talents. Imagine the heartbreak and tears streaming down FuwaMoco’s faces as the very ones who swore to them that they’d never leave their sides and would always hold unto their paws. Imagine seeing Fuwawa and Mococo crying as they witness these Ruffians who professed FWMC to be their kamioshi regularly attend other streams and post/donate in chats. Imagine FWMC sending out tweets seeking out validation, and the Ruffians who used to so eagerly wait for them to tweet before and respond to them within milliseconds, just be completely absent in the replies now. Imagine Mococo reflecting on how she opened up to the Ruffians and began to love them more than herself, now being abandoned and tossed to the curb. She wonders if she did something wrong. Begins to question if she said the wrong things. Imagine Mococo breaking down in the middle of the night on her bunk. Imagine Fuwawa tearing up from hearing her sister’s uncontrollable sobs and comforting her in bed, reassuring her that she did her best. But internally, Fuwawa shares those same sentiments of self doubt and regret. Regret from having taken the break in the first place. They look back at their comment sections and all the ones who were formerly green are now gray names. What remains are past confessions devoid of any actual weight behind the words. FuwaMoco, in the end, were just pit stops.

1st, though I didn't get super into Hololive until afterwards so 2nd was my first as a full-on fan. The jump in quality of production and sheer number of performances from 2 to 3 and then again from 3 to 4 was insane.
