Not judging or anything, but it's always weird to me that most tourists watch fubuki just for her asmr, or at least most of the time come here asking about her asmr, are they really that good to people? Most of the one's worth watching are already public and even then I feel they wouldn't hit the same spot as choco or okayu's does, and she hasn't done actual asmr in like a year for her membership, then again it's not like her membership has anything else going on most of the time. I only view her membership as something you'd do if you liked her content in general and wanted to support her, not for a certain type of stream, are her asmr really that worth it to people?

I can't speak for others but for me not everyone provokes the same reaction, I didn't really get ASMR until I heard Mumei and Fubuki. Foob was my intro into Hololive but honestly I haven't watched many of her solo livestreams to consider myself a proper fan and consider membership. That makes sense, everyone has specific ticks and how Fubuki does something is going to differ from how other's do it. I guess my thought is that I know some people watch vtubers for specific reasons and streams, and if those streams are under their membership they're going to pay to watch them. For Fubuki, I never saw her as one of those vtubers fitted for people like that as her main streams, and even asmr, differ a lot from what I would think those people would intend for. Despite that, I see a lot of people ask about her asmr and seem to put it over a lot of others for a reason I myself don't understand completely given how they seem to focus on that specific content and not her in general. You're reasoning I understand and makes sense as to why you'd want to support her, I think her asmr is great for people that really like Fubuki and her general content, but a lot of people seem to dig her asmr in particular. Even with the reasons you have for liking her and mumei's asmr, I wonder if that's general amongst people that like her asmr or if they're are more reasons as why they like it specifically and I guess that's where my confusion comes from.

I think another factor is that her ASMR is very easy to get into because you don't necessarily need to understand Japanese to enjoy it and she has several years of monthly free ones publicly available. If you just enjoy her voice and how she acts in these streams, I could see someone getting hooked on her ASMR and only getting into the rest of her content later, even if the ASMR itself is not necessarily her strong suit.
