nta, but besides the surface-level anime artstyle it's not really "wawacore", considering the story is very thin and most of the actual game revolves around skill-based action combat, grindy quest loops killing the same bosses over and over for loot, and autismo optimisation endgame. If she's expecting an experience like she knows and loves from Tales Of, for example, because she thinks they look superficially similar, she's gonna be disappointed, as this game is more comparable to Monster Hunter or something in that vein.

That being said, all that doesn't matter because she's not going to make this into a dozen stream series anyway and is mostly just picking it up to have a reason to collab with her cute friends.

nah, the "noise gate", or lack of it, is not the problem here with her peaking (it's basically just there to cut off low background noise, and does nothing to the actually loud parts).
She's just using too much gain in general, plus some very aggressive compressor that makes especially her hard consonant starts very crunchy and harsh. And she's sitting too close to the mic in general, almost eating it, that you can hear every lip-smack, gulp and spit-suck. Which would be nice if it was in a dedicated asmr setting, but for a normal stream it's more annoying than fine. And after all these years is still not using a simple pop-filter to tone down her plosives and enforce some much-needed distance to the mic.

Shut the fuck up faggots. You've been crying for years and I've yet to see you actually help her out with her audio settings. In fact, chat made her buy a Rodecaster because you spread the meme about the GoXLR being bad and turns out it's an unusable piece of shit for streamers. great thing is, humans are actually able to multitask. There's nothing wrong itself with watching shit tier shows on netflix, well there is, but the time argument is less so because imagine that, you could also do exercises WHILE watching tv! For example, I've made it a habit to use the 15 minutes or so I watch the evening news every day to also do some basic daily exercises simultaneously (stretching, planking/push-ups/crunches sets etc).
