When he started back in December he thought it would be a two week fad that would get some eyes on abandoned archive and that was gonna be it. Then Neuro blew up and Vedal turned Neuro into his full-time job (source: he directly says so on his website and in a bloomberg interview). It wasn't immediate but when you turn a fun little hobbyist project into a full-time job, in most cases you sooner or later get sick of it. There is no explanation for this behavior. Vedal has a money printer and he just turned it off and has no plans to turn it on at all. There isn't even an idea floating around that he may turn neuro back on, only that he wants upgrades for neuro, but we also know that he isn't working on anything. So you'll all sit here for months waiting for him to start working on upgrades, because theoretically he could just turn the stream on and stream at any time.
