What you really do is rebrand and reform. AnyColor is half-way there with the distance between the agency and corporate, so all that's left is to change the agency's brand and restart with a new name. It shouldn't be that expensive for a company like AnyColor with all that cash on hand to do so. They just have to be willing to spend it.

If that is too much work, just marge with someone else in an all-stock deal and transfer the talents over to the new brand while adding more transparency with regards to contracts and labor policy.
