This is a minor detail that someone faking these would miss, unless they saw a previous example of Selen using it.

Assuming that these are real, there are a few things we can conlude that Selen believed at the time:
Some Niji EN members asked her to leave the company because they thought she brought nothing good to the branch.
Any livers that appear require explicit permission, no matter how small their appearance. However, some livers refused to be in it.
Ex-livers are prohibited from showing up in any form.

There doesn't seem to be any implication of either of these two things being the reason that the video was privated, and there aren't any missing messages in the slack message, unless they were deleted. The ex-liver part seems to be wrong, though she does note that other projects include ex-liver. It is possible that there is missing context here, or that Selen was simply mistaken about at least some part of it.
However, these do line up with the bullying allegation. Certainly, these would be seen as actions intended to harass and bully her.

They do have the slightest point, in that the "reaction to moral error" thing in the West does lead to insane SJWs. But the Japanese strategy of "shrug your shoulders and take it" leads to karoshi.
