I was at work all day so I haven't had a chance to respond, so here goes. tl;dr is that I think this statement was a gigantic mistake and I don't understand how her manager was fine with her releasing it.

First off, her lawyers are fucking morons and I hope she's already fired them. Why you would turn an ad hoc statement from Doki over to the other side is beyond me. Even if she's just had a massive change of heart after the termination and comeback, they should have been the ones collating, vetting and editing her accusations rather than simply translating her own statement and handing it over as-is. I get that the language barrier could be an issue here, but they fucked up massively and got her terminated in the worst way possible, I get that she has her own responsibility there but they did her dirty.
That aside, she should not have put out this statement in anything like the form it's in. She comes perilously close to an admission of guilt of several points. I just can't believe she's explaining her document in terms like "a month ago when I wrote this I was angry, but now I'm not, so it's time to move on", this is tantamount to admitting that the contents of the document are petty, exaggerated or simply not worth caring about, and just hands the other side massive ammunition. And that's not the only example, I'd be happy to get into another half-dozen problematic statements that never, ever should have been included, even if she sincerely believes them. She's just constantly apologizing and extending a hand to the other side when she has no reason to, it makes her look like she has a guilty conscience. I get the sense that unlike her previous statements, which were carefully curated and crafted with PR in mind, she simply wrote this one herself and posted it without considering the damage it could do to her brand. If it was actually okayed by her managers, lawyers, etc. that's an inexcusable lapse of judgment on her part.
Finally, I was really put off by the inclusion of her admission of a second "attempt". That has no place in this document. Whether she attempted suicide once or a dozen times is immaterial to the claims being made. It comes of as an attempt to deflect and pitybait rather than address the issues raised by the livers. It undermines the entire pivot to "show everyone love and kindness", (which itself was a stupid, virtue-signaling angle to go with), because if she's really attempting to an hero multiple times over bullying, why doesn't she want to hold anyone accountable?

This statement is worse than no statement at all. She should have just left her last statement as the final one, or at most offered a short rebuttal of the liver's statements. Dokicoin is way down. She'll definitely survive this because she's built up so much good will but I'm massively disappointed.
