69068838 No.69068838[DELETED]  [Reply] [Original]

So how does the new Doki post fit into the whole GURRAT? Or is it basically dead now?

>> No.69068901

>>69068838
What did it disprove though? Aside from maybe the later stuff, but the clique thing is still true most likely.

>> No.69069618

>>69068901
It doesn't disprove it, but it does cast a bit of doubt on the part where Elira gets the receipts from Selen to JP and recommending an immediate termination for Selen and if that's even possible. It would have had to happen in under 2 hours. It's a very tight timeframe if JP had to receive it, send it to Elira, Elira sees it and translates the whole thing, sends it back with her recommendation, more discussions, then termination.

>> No.69069766

>>69068838
If anything, it seems even more damning. The fact that both Niji and the livers seem to be only told of things that didn't exist i.e. the info in the recordings and the document sent over by Doki's lawyer, shows that someone isn't being truthful about all of the info.

>> No.69069943

>>69069618
I think it's relatively easy to keep the entire GURRAT intact but just clarifying one bit.

I think anons have got a bit ahead of themselves by trying to look for Elira, Millie, etc directly being the "manager" or in contact with Selen one on one. It's a possibility worth looking into, but the chances are that doesn't even matter.

Doki's new post makes the GUR even more likely if you assume that Elira is instead a liason.

A certain someone in the RRAT threads last night was trying to push us in this direction of discussion, I'm collecting the posts, but someone who really seems like they have insider information has been trying to say that Elira is already in the "manger's manager" type role, which makes complete sense with her moving to Japan.

>> No.69070077

>>69069618
That's my main problem. One thing is the *sight* leak, another thing is writting a 3 page document in under 2 hours, no matter how shitty it ended up being. Even if Elira was on top of everything, it sounds like something that's pretty hard to coordinate in such a short ammount of time. The only way I can see it happening is if they had the document partially prepared already.

(And I don't plan on making a post that collects every statement from this person, its incredibly easy to recognize their writing style and do a bit of archive searching, if they really are a double agent then exposing them could be counter intuitive, and godspeed if you're real and here right now)

Even besides that, these threads had a lot of great stuff, read em

They also got the document in response to doki's tweet about confidentiality in less than 2 hours. Kind of crazy when you consider it takes them 36 hours to respond about the mv

From what we know, it's likely Anycolor is running with a skeleton crew of primarily if not exclusively Japs. With nobody that even understood English, Riku likely strongarmed their first and only at that time bilingual crewmember (Elira) into being the translator for the whole operation. Being the black company they are, they likely never hired anyone to cover her as the operation blew up which lead her to become the fulcrum point of nijiEN. The reason Elira read the files despite being implicated in them was because Riku had nobody else to do it.

>>69069943
No that's what I'm referring to. If Elira was the liason that handled all the affairs of NijiEN while JP is just hands-off and lets her do whatever she wants, the events would have had to play out like this:

>Radio silence between both parties for a week
>Selen decides she's had enough of the silence and sends her receipts out of the blue
>JP receives it, immediately sends it to Elira because that's her jurisdiction
>Elira translates the whole document, realizes things are in deep shit
>Sends the translated document back to JP while recommending immediate termination
>JP reads over the document, discusses internally what to do and comes to a decision to follow the recommendation
>Message Elira back that she's allowed to write up the termination notice
>Elira writes up the 3 page termination notice

I'm not saying it's impossible, but 2 hours is a pretty short amount of time to pull that off.

this whole GURRAT thing reminds me a lot of the Mighty No. 9 debacle, which was a sub-arc of the gamergate saga back then
>Mighty No 9 has a forum exclusive for kickstarter backers to discuss the development progress of the game, and give feedback directly to japanese staff
>all of this feedback are to be relayed to a forum moderator named Dina who was hired to be MN9's community manager
>the problem is, she's a tryannical SJW bitch who keeps chucking every feedback to the trash, never to be seen by the japanese devs
>seeing nothing is coming to them, the dev assumed they're going on the right direction
>game came out as an unpolished piece of trash. and it flopped hard.
>all because of one gatekeeping bitch who abused her power.

the only hole in this gigarrat is the assumption that elira sent out the translated doc to JP first before terminating selen. if what doki says is true, then elira only had 2 hours to translate, send it over, get the OK to terminate her, and then write up a 3 page notice.

otherwise i believe everything else

You'd have to comb streams where they talked about their personal finances and shit to even start to true and prove that, and god knows if they even do. I don't thing the embezzlement rrat has legs to stand on without some hard proof.

I know anon, that's exactly what I said. JP receives the docs and throws it at Elira because "that's your problem lmao"

Not saying it disproves anything, again, but the timeframe is tight as fuck. Even if Elira wasn't the one who wrote the termination notice, someone had to have written that termination notice in like under 30 minutes and ship it out cause there's no way the correspondence between Elira/JP and translating the document took less than 1 hr, even if we assume JP didn't bother discussing it at all and just went with Elira's termination recommendation.

What if she used something like DeepL instead of actually translating stuff.
It's not like these retard managers would be able to tell it was machine translated. It would be so funny if her clique formed because she can speak Japanese but doesn't even bother translating stuff in Japanese.

>how much of what she leaked was done with Luca's ok
her entire leaks came from a place of grudgeposting against Luca, but her leaks are accurate
She did it in a bid to take him down but also make Nijisanji look worse
imo, he didn't really do much wrong and if anything is more of a victim to her before he joined niji
On top of Raziel's grudge-leaking, Luca also leaks, this is why he assumedly doesn't care about her coming out of the woodwork
I really don't know what to make of him in this fully, but it seems like he just doesn't give a shit about Niji anymore and hasn't for a while, hence being lazy and differing things to his mods
because her and Luca and a falling out, any information she has is at best months old and not part of the ongoing situation
