Before yesterday's video dropped the situation could have been salvaged by taking an apologetic tone, promising to solve vowing to fix internal issues that led this situation happening and promising nothing like it will happen again. Then, if they managed to go a few months without any major controversies happening, things would likely go back to normal.
After yesterday's video though, I think it's kind of unsalvageable. They double-triple-quadruple downed on their stance and made themselves look absolutely villainous. The company's reputation in the west is likely damaged beyond repair.
