Elira is the start through 3:45, Vox goes to 10:59, and Ike is the rest. What was happening was that she was trying to read important words from her lawyer, messages from her manager, and possibly even listening to the Elira video on another audio channel all at the same time of trying to talk to her fans.

So what happens is she is mid-sentence when she reads something important from her lawyer and her attention goes fully towards that and you get the "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......Neopets!" when she finishes reading it.
She was probably being spammed until the lawyer finally said "Alright fuck it, pull the plug on the stream and call me... NOW"

She was clearly suffering, audience got sympathic and she did not went menhera but closed the stream and talked to her lawyer.
All together the best way this could have gone for her, she now looks like the least crazy. Whatever they hoped to gain by syncing up their stream with her clearly did not work.
