Looking at the situation in a non-memable way, Nijisanji is having serious internal issues, but there does seem to be a problem with some talent being too much of a baggage. It's probably very advisable for future any v-tuber companies to start making serious checks on whatever the talent isn't someone that'd self-implode as well. It doesn't matter how good they are, if the drama they cause overshadows it all.
And I'm not talking about Nijisanji exclusively, small corpos have been having issues with talent as well.

Niji is great if you just want to stream games and do zatsus. If you want big sponsorships or host big events then there is so much management red tape you must go through and if you are big enough then it is way better to just go indie. He literally did not open up a savings account because he thought "it was a scam" or pick an accountant that niji recommended to him. It was entirely self inflicted. Dude had no clue how to do taxes at all and got burned and then blames the company for it. Not sure what Kuro claims but I wouldn't trust that at all. Even Kyo was flabbergasted at how empty his head is.
