You know what I found out is that prize machine stuff is usually just sold on websites like Amazon for a relatively low price, for example I just found the figure you're talking about for $25, which I'm guessing is significantly less than you spent on the claw machine. I've bought all my anime figures this way, since I'm not insane enough to buy the $200 figures that GSC and such sell.
