Kinda fucked actually. I have a lot of work to do but can never get much done before slipping back into being a piece of shit. As the years passed I went from being able to work most of the day to doing only 1 or 2 hours at most.
More than burnout, it feels almost hopeless because everything I tried so far has gone wrong, and I'm doing it on my own so the lack of pressure and deadlines just drags me back into being useless, but even with no immediate pressure there's still the obvious reality that if I don't get anything done I'll die a NEET.

Reading through that thread just made me more depressed. I still had hope things would get better when i have the money to move in 2023, but i didnt think the pets would be a problem.

Well, i wasnt wrong. I was too tired to bring it up properly with kuro, but most of my mental health issues and difficulties in social situations are tied to a combination of mostly CPTSD, autism as well as social anxiety.

Even this damned apartment triggers my CPTSD which explains why it slowly but surely kills me with every additional day i have to spend here.

CPTSD also explains why i constantly feel the need to apologize for "bothering people with my presence" as well as as the urge i have to self isolate when i feel like like i "bothered people enough with my presence" which is why I had these episodes i dissappeared from the thread many times before to self isolated and save others the "burden of my presence". As i keep saying im smart enough to know how my brain works and that its all an irrational way of thinking due due to past "trauma" i cant simply stop this way of thinking. It all makes sense to me now. Weird how vtubers were better at helping me realize my mental health issues than the many therapists i talked to in my childhood.

Even more proof how incompetent the ones i talked to as well any person that should have taken care of me when i was a child. I basically had to raise myself and wqs always alone. I always lived my life the way I least bother others, and in school i always moved in a corner where i couldnt bother people with my presence same as with my online presence, I used to only lurk until i found nyanners which lead to me talking to people and now something kind of related to another thing related to a vtuber im not gonna name here made me realize I have CPTSD.

Sorry for the constant venting in here (that i never realized it was venting) as well as the trauma dumping. It was never my intention to use anyone here as makeshift therapist if it seemed like it. I think just talking about it helps in a way. At this point i even feel the need to apologize for apologizing so much. My overthinking of past conversations was useful for once. You were right seems like it really is a involuntary thing due to my past. I used to never talk about personal things to even friends and restricted what i talked about to games, anything personal was off limits to me. This is longest conversation i had with kuro in months.

One of the friends online ive known for 10 years i only this year start to talk about personal things to. Hes also the one who helped me realize i have a 99% chance of having autism as they know my behavior a lot and i involuntary spammed their DMs (like i did with you nymous a day or so ago, again sorryi didnt even realize it).

Its really weird how finding vtubers/nyanners indirectly help me become less of a robot and realize my issues. I mean i didnt change due to that, ive always been the way i currently am but i just didnt show my personal side to people, likey an subconscious reaction due to "trauma" (i still cant see it as that or abuse seeing as it was only verbally).

Also sorry for my constant blogging it seems like the way i talk is also related to thazas i feel the need to overexplain so people cant misunderstand me. The past two days really tired me out due to the realizations. Bad timing as tomorrow will be some street festival and people will blast their bass heavy music on the whole street for hours which wil trigger my phonphobia/possible PTSD i may have due to neighbors blasting their music 24/7 in this apartment above me me for 3 years.
