You're missing out on one key factor anon, and that is that the screencap in question was posted here about an hour after Luca's ex-mod confirmed Aster to be an abuser that girls in the company stayed away from. So either someone made up this entire scenario and quickly made an edit that fits their personalities within the span of an hour, or they came up with this scenario months ago, or even a year or two ago and just sat on it, waiting for an opportunity to use it. That scenario is extremely unlikely though, which is why people are instead assuming that it is likely real, or its one hell of a fake.
And even then, assuming that the screencap in question was fake, that does not wipe away the fact that there are people in NijiEN that leaked compromising information about their coworkers to a renegade ex-mod. Luca fell in love with this virtual stripper, decided to bring her into the fold by making her a mod, told her all this juicy gossip spanning months or possibly two whole years, and then broke the whole thing off not even thinking of any potential consequences. Either way you slice it, NijiEN still comes off looking bad.

Everyone is talking about fakes and debunks and I fail to see what's so wild about the screenshot.

The missing context you require is above your post, but the TLDR is that Luca's ex-mod was talking about crucial details that this leak coincidentally verifies.

This screenshot did not get leaked by either of the two you see in the conversation, but someone related to/or Luca, the third person in the screenshot on which is seen on call.

Aster wouldn't leak it because it makes him look stupid.
Scarle wouldn't leak it because she's likely trying to get help with the harassment she's dealing with in the conversation timestamped as "yesterday" at the time this screenshot was taken.
Luca is the only other person who could have seen this screenshot. Whether he leaked it himself or to an unknown fourth person is what's important here.

It's displayed on the mobile app using the period-accurate discord interface but the timestamps stretch from 1:38 PM to 3:04 PM. The image itself is free of image tampering, and you can't edit timestamps with inspect element on the mobile app.
So if you wanted to forge the whole conversation, you would have to wait 65 minutes between messages at the very least.
That makes it impossible for it to be a response to the twitter accusation against Aster.
But the specificity, time period, and content match perfectly with what mizuchi claims she was privy to, so it's incredibly improbable that it was manufactured beforehand by an unrelated third party just for shitposting, especially since it involves Aster and Scarle.

If we play mental gymnastics and somehow decide this is a fake, it's still absurd that they would have a previous version of Discord prepared to create this fake with, but having it on iOS becomes even more difficult to believe. I'm sorry but if I was commissioned to fake a screenshot, I'd probably use a genuine screenshot and adds in all the messages with a adobe InDesign.
It'd take definitely longer than an hour if I were to create one from scratch, but assume I already had a template for messages, I could realistically create those screenshots within half a hour.

Using a designing software bypass all the limitations of actually using discord app and design software like InDesign would eliminate pixel inconsistency.

I'm learning so much about how to trick people with screenshots thanks to this. I swear that I don't plan to make fakes of people I hate using older discord versions and get it ready for when the perfect time shows up.

Here's a good way to think about it.
Even if you don't think Aster is harassing, someone still leaked this. It more than likely falls onto Luca and it goes back to him. Why would Scarle or Aster leak this? Luca on the other hand, at worst, leaked this himself. Would that not count as harassment or negative behavior towards a "coworker?"

If he didn't, he obviously shared the screenshots with someone. Why? Possibly bad faith, but it would have to be shared internally. Either way someone leaked this in order to damage Aster, that much is clear. It directly or indirectly came from Luca, and was shared at a prime opportunity. We can also consider there's more to their conversation before and after these screenshots of course. They might've made since then, but this person still wanted to cause issues.
