Supposedly VShojo talents mentioned before there being some pool they can use for projects, but we don't know how much or how often.
Other than that, hmmm, it'd probably come with extra connections, and it is a pool of people that'd be faster to rope into any collabs or projects than going calling through random indie friends.

I've got no horse in this race but I've seen this kind of scenario play out before, where the "good guy" somehow becomes the bad guy because all the popular people avoid her. It's kind of like the opposite of the halo effect.
I believe Sayu wasn't leaking that private conversation intentionally but she was just under a lot of emotional stress because the world still didn't believe her story.
There are also several possible reasons why Nina would choose to side with Kyo, whether that's because they were colleagues for a longer time or that Kyo is a bigger chuuba that she would benefit more from associating with.
Sayu could also really be a real bitch, but that doesn't seem to be the case to me judging from her usual on-stream behavior. I remember she would have collabs with repeat partners too.
I think this is just an unfortunate case of big chuubas shunning her due to her past drama in which she didn't really have much of a choice in how it played out.
