The main issue though was that Nijisanji treated all of the livers as dispensable and made it like they couldn't be anyone without the company. And the foundation of the structure was rotten to its core, Pomu did not have the means to change and fix it nor should it have been her job to do so.
And just so you know, most whistleblowers do not live happily ever after when they blow the whistle on their former employer. They actually are marginalized to the extent that they would never be able to keep a job in the workforce ever again because the stigma spreads that far.
