The fact that HoloEN did make a recovery makes me wonder if something similar is possible for NijiEN, but the thing is HoloEN only went through one graduation before they decided they had to get their asses in gear, while NijiEN has had several. There's all sorts of behind-the-scenes work managers and other staff can handle that just makes everything easier and makes the talent want to stay, even if scaling back and going solo would technically make them more money. Relying on fear and the threat of losing collabs with their friends will only go so far.
