As an esl who speaks nasally all my life, I don't even know what my natural voice should sound like in english. Is it my nasal voice? Is it my chest voice? Should I speak the way I sing?
Because most syllables in english ends in consonants while syllables in my mother tongue ends in vowels. A simple difference like this can largely impact the way you sound in different languages, just like how you can sound nasal and high pitched when speaking japanese

I've been thinking about trying out reading streams. But since reading books or long epic poems can take a long, long time... I think I found myself a niche!

Have you ever wondered about the many film projects that start, and never get made? Those scripts that are never brought to the screen? Those LOST TOMES OF THE 7TH ART FORM???

It'd be simple! First, I'd explain the history of the project. Second, I'd read the script, while playing music that fits each scene (I'd read it at least once on my own beforehand for this). Maybe even draw some makeshift representations of the scenes for visual aid. And after, I'd explain why it didn't get made, and how I'd rewrite it myself!

I understand that most people in this hobby tend more towards Japanese media, so maybe explaining some unmade Hollywood might blow some people's minds! There's plenty of non-chuuba YouTube channels doing this already, though -- so I'd just focus on giving it my own spin.

My experience is from an online game and then Discord of said game.
I had people divided on me, some believed me being a girl and some thought I was a guy pretending because I would never VC (no voice training lol).

It really depends on the content you make and the content you're gonna stream.
If you're a "cooking" youtuber and then start streaming videogames, your turnout will not be good, for example.
You can have a very healthy youtube streamer viewership if you make content focused on one game and then stream said game, even at like 1k subs, but again it depends on the content you make and the community you form.
I'd say at around 10k followers, you'll be at least a 2view on youtube no matter what you stream, and at 100k you can stream whatever the fuck you want and still get viewers.
YouTube has always been better for streaming IF YOU'RE ESTABLISHED/ASSOCIATED TO A CORPO, if you're a nobody and starting from scratch, Twitch is superior.
