The likely reason for that was that it was easier to understand the British voice than it was the heavily Russian-accented one. I think you missed the point. It's not that all of Mouse's model's have the same face like you'd expect. They don't, sometimes they look drastically different. It's that mouse changes so much that people get used to it. She does however keep many traits, like Pink and purple hair, horns, bells, etc. Shylily kept literally everything, she just got an upgraded model from a new artist. It's the exact same idea.
