Firstly, the HOLOSTARS brand appears to be completely fucked. A natural debuff to the vtubers it touches, they serioussly need to rebrand it. Removing 'Holo' from it might be for the best. Hololive Production needs to return to being the catch all for the Hololive branches and them alone, removing the homos from it. Put the homos into a new separate company called [New brand name] Productions containing homoJP and homoEN. Get them out there and in the broader vtuber community's sight, but stop putting them into major Hololive content(Hololive's EXPO advertisements, Hololive's anniversary streams, etc.). Even if I hate it and refuse to watch it, I don't think collabs any of the girls choose to do with the homos need to be barred, but management should recommend they don't. Too risky, not beneficial long term. Set up a Cover channel and X(formerly Twitter) account for making announcements pertaining to both companies if they want, but return Hololive accounts to being solely about Hololive and have homo accounts be all about the homos. I would need to know the numbers for EXPO attendees visiting the homo displays before I could say whether it's worth continuing to have them present at EXPO, but so long as their part of EXPO isn't being advertised by Hololive I don't think it's inherently an issue.
