I made the hair and eyes a bit more saturated (and also made the eyes blue since you are working with complimentary colors already). The intention was to shift the focus more on the face. The asymmetry in this design definitely keeps it interesting, but too much can make your eyes lost in the design, as well as making it look too lopsided. I would recommend keeping the jacket's overall shape symmetrical, while keeping the patches how they are. Lastly, I edited the values so that once viewed in grayscale, the colors are slightly more distinct. I think this design overall is super adorable!
