Yeah the usual W chasing and scripts in the shared box servers has gotten boring and repetitive(and basically what ruined hololive rust).

This terraria autism arc though has been a breathe of fucking fresh air, it's just close friends throwing their time and autism into this game they all like, and surprisingly having only one of them talk at each stream makes it easy to the ears compared to the formal collabs where it's very professional and business-like, and it felt like everyone is pressured to crack a joke at every dead air.

It's really only a good system because Pekora got to do most of the streaming, and that's not me trying to shit on Marine or Noel or anything. Pekora already streams a lot, so getting to see her even on her days off is great. But if it were evenly split between the 3 of them, then it would actually result in seeing less of Peko overall. It's also a positive for ichimi as Marine doesn't stream as much, and happened to work out because Noel wasn't feeling well for the past week.
tl;dr: It pretty much only worked as well as it did for us (the fans) by coincidence.

The only reason it worked was because the three of them played Terraria and absolutely nothing else for an entire week. EN tried to do Terraria several times but it always fell apart since people's schedules would misalign and progress would stall since they didn't want to leave people behind. Honestly, it's an absolute miracle that 3rd gen, probably the busiest gen in Hololive, somehow managed to free up several days worth of 12 hour streams.

Honestly I just bomb out a big place at cavern layer and make one of those typical "volcano trap" farms you just sit under for stuff like this, wire up some traps too if you have them.
Then you get a multipurpose farm you can swap the biome for by just changing out some blocks nearby. Did this early game on my last playthrough and AFKed overnight and stocked up on enough Spaghetti for the Exquisitely Stuffed buff for the rest of my playthrough and a large chunk of money from selling gems. Then I just turned it into jungle/ice biome as needed.

Her gear is still pretty good though, you could easily use it to finish the game. her sword is basically the best "true melee" weapon in the game IIRC.
By far the most valuable item is the infinite flight accessory you get from her though. That said, if Noel had Fire Gauntlet her DPS would be ~25% higher from that alone, and if they all had the relevant buffs for combat they would have annihilated her for sure.

We wikisurfed as well, we just didn't always grind out the best shit. Plus we had no true summoners, but a fuck load of tanks. I was a noob so I just accepted that everyone running around with yoyos was a good strategy because that's what the 2 experienced players said, when it was in fact a very bad strategy and we performed far better when we had rangers.
