A better phrasing of the question would be: What percentage of the PL's/RM's of graduated or terminated agency vtubers permanently retire from the industry? My guess: not many. Lots of the reincarnated personas (indies) that I have seen end up in the 3-view range mostly. Even if one ends up a high 2-view, the potential for making a good amount of money on the side is high. Perhaps not enough to make it your permanent job, but definitely a good side hustle.
