I've been working on a vtuber branding and setup for fun and ended up getting more enthusiasmed about it than I expected. Only thing I'm missing now is a model of the actual character I envision.

I generated a character design illustration with AI, can I expect an artist to not charge much to just redraw it properly?

Currently unsure if I should try to learn vroid+blender, rigging or just pay up, but I'm unsure how much I'm willing to spend since I have almost no experience in streaming.

If they work from an AI generation, even if they have no moral opposition to it it'll tank their reputation within their peers if anyone finds out. Somehow my mic died before my stream, but I tested it afterwards and swapped it's format in Window's sound properties and that fixed it. Anyone know what could have caused this?
