Rogue Trader is immensely fun. It's broken in many ways and very unpolished, the leveling system is basically all about creating the most ungodly combination of abilities to break the game and "balance" was clearly executed for heresy. Also like a third of the time I'm not sure if some if my abilities and perks just don't work or if I forgot there's some other perk that fucks with what I wanted to do because there's a ton of them. Finding a way to make your character do stupid amount of damage or number of attacks in one turn is very satisfying though.
That said, the setting is great(it's 40k after all) and it's utilized really well and your merry band of "misfits" is made of quite a few very charismatic characters with navigator Cassia being the absolute standout. I personally think this cast is so much superior to BG3 that it's not even funny, I hated talking to BG3 characters and I screenshot like half the shit Cassia says
Also not like any Holo will ever play the game where "order a planet-wide genocide" is a praiseworthy act and you usually have to argue to not execute a fuckton of people on flimsy reasons so you can safely check it yourself

They won't play it because it's a broken mess. I had the patience and knowledge to mod & console fix the multiple fuckups and even I was getting tired of it's broken shit by the end. At least RT never broke save games for me like BG3 did.
Argenta best girl, I had a build on here that by mid-game meant she could wipe anything but endgame bosses out in one turn, and her special would clean up every mook with automatic hitting long range single shots. With her + cassia's extra turn it was hilarious.
BG3 I stuck to the same group the whole game (My origin Lae, Shadowheart, Karlach and Wyll because he was the least annoying character left), RT I still had a core squad (My Sniper RT, Cassia, Argenta, Abelard, Pascal) but with one extra slot I kept swapping between Yrliet, Heinrix for certain missions where I thought they would be useful and I had a created heavy flamer merc that was hilarious to use and I wanted to bring Jae because she's a fun character too.

I don't know if it's because I'm playing a recent version or if I'm not done yet but I don't really recall any gamebreaking bugs that needed a console fix. For what it's worth, I had 0 crashes/savegame bugs for now which are the two things I want to see the least. And most weird combat behavior doesn't matter on normal since Cassia can solo like 90% of content I've seen in first 30 levels or so. I still don't know how I made her "meet my gaze" have 0 cost in one boss fight and if it it was a bug and why I can't reproduce it.

But more seriously, I really like that she manages to be one of the nicer people in your crew and gives more context to a faction that appeared only once in videogames before and that one appearance made them look like retarded female Spacemarine larpers. That said, I like pretty much everyone since they all have nice interactions and comments with Cassia probably having the most interesting and fun stuff to say.
It would've been amusing to see any Holo try to wrap their head about the extremely alien moral code and sheer absurdity of the setting without knowing anything about it.
