Probably the exact same thing that's been happening before Pomu graduated and Selen got suspended. A slow, gradual slide into irrelevance while Niji management do the only thing they know how to do and pump out new gens in the hopes they'll get a winner, eventually concluding with NijiEN either getting shut down or absorbed back into NijiJP.

NijiEN will bleed talent this year.

The only reason people put up with bad workplaces is because they feel that there's nowhere else they can go.

I've barely watched NijiEN outside of a rare Pomu stream every so often. Now they'll just be dead to me. I was around when Lazulight first debuted and I stuck around until Luxiem which is when my interest started dropping off. Now I have no feelings for EN at all. Sad fate and I don't have a problem saying everything after Obsydia was a mistake.
