Another strength is that the talents are, for lack of a better word, very integrated in the company.
Shiina and Jelly also do art work for them, Dizzy (in particular) and Lumi are quasi managers, while Pippa and Tenma are passionate about phase in a way most small corpos can only dream of.
This is why I am kinda worred about phase expanding.
