ACCELERATE is a really shitty strategy that devalues the corp and the talents, but we really could use an EN4 like yesterday. Too few of the existing EN talents stream enough to approach a satisfactory saturation. Advent was a killer step in the right direction, but it's not enough. They pushed out the new audition video immediately after making Advents channels, and the director mentioned fixing past mistakes. The gap between EN2 and EN3 being one of the obvious mistakes.
It'll be next financial year, so after April anyway, again probably middle of this year.

I really don't think we need another EN gen for awhile. However if someone leaves this year which is looking really likely at this point I think early 2025 would be a good target. Its right around when the branch leaves for FES and concert preparations. Otherwise late summer 2025, which is usually when most members return to streaming and are motivated.
