firstly, I can't say I have good knowledge this non-JP company.
secondly, the only foreign company that has somewhat tried the JP market is Vshojo and they sucked. AKA Virtual is a JP company, or at least they scam JP audience into thinking their Indo ass is one at least.

And another point, Phase Connect already has some JP talents and they have never done noticeably well. low-mid 3view, if I had to guess, which puts them below companies like Live Union, VEE or Sinsogumi who can guarantee at least a few 4view streams per week.

The value of joining a foreign company lies in how good the parent company is. In the current context, Phase Connect is the foreign company for their JP chuubas. Let's use Hololive and Nijisanji as an example. Due to the relatively frequent collabs, Hololive main branch (35 members) culture and viewers trickled down to Hololive English branch. There are way less collabs between Nijisanji main branch and their English branch, so they really can't share that much viewers, so they didn't benefit as much from the parent company as much as hololive side branch members.

Now back to Phase Connect. Currently a lot of value lies in Pipkin Pippa, their biggest vtuber, and the company culture is about doing gamer stuff, saying gamer words and being contrarian to the mainstream western culture, which did attract a lot of the undesirable /pol/mates. If for example EN decided to collab frequently with the JP branch, can they share the same culture and viewers? That is a very big IF because most of them, especially Pippa, cannot speak Japanese fluently.

My opinion is that Phase Connect JP will be a totally separate entity from Phase Connect main branch just like Vshojo and Vshojo JP. They will be VOMs tier at most without a breakout star.

Okay, so let's look at subs. Enma has 17.7k and has less then 1k views on every stream she has done going back 2 weeks. Toto has 11.6k subs, but slightly higher views with a couple breaking 1k but nothing breaking 2k except for a collab with Hachi. Minase has a whopping 4.8k subs, and only 1 stream within the last 2 weeks which has 350 views. There's then Himitsu who has 6.5k subs but 3k views on a karaoke from 3 days ago.

Live Union is not RK music, which I assume is what you're conflating with Hachi, KMNZ, and Vesperbell all doing well, but Live Union is a fucking microcorp and outside of a breakout star in Hachi, they are so small they aren't even tracked on vstats for me to put their double digit CCVs on this post for extra context. There has not been a significant trickle down from Hachi's success to the rest of the girls because they have no box building activities outside of maybe 5 collabs a year at most.
