1) Rebrand. Any further, new, English-speaking talents will be recruited in a new project that is not using names such as "Nijisanji", "liver", "2434", and so on. Remember this has never stopped VirtuaReal from collabing with Nijisanji streamers from all branches, including EN.
2) The exact reasons as to why so many different projects have been rejected, shut down and retroactively privated is not publicly known, talents before and after graduation don't provide all the relevant details, so the first thing I'd do as a new manager would be to figuring that one out.

I don't think that the EN scene will be dominated by singular large companies as it was at the start of 2022. Because hologrls constantly go on hiatus and because vshojo is on twitch only and because niji hates having money and followers the fanbases are fragmenting outwards. Phase is growing but others are declining faster than phase is inclining. VSPO En will be a thing soon as well and take a portion of the western viwerbase. The branch needs a new identity so I'd make a core female unit similar to Zuttomo with Elira, Selen, Rosemi, Maria, and Vivi and have them focus on female collabs and solo content (Selen is fine with da boys and FPS games don't count anyway). New female hires can be added to that new unit and I'd shill them as hard as they shilled Luxiem back in the day with favoritism so blatant it'd filter out a lot of the turbo-shitters.
