HiRes fix is pretty necessary for high resolution images. Old models would produce mangled limbs if you increased the base resolution too high, but the newer ones are pretty consistent up to about 900x900. HiRes fix results vary wildly based on the selected upscaler and denoising strength though.
I typically use danbooru tags and they work fine, I'm not sure what all went into the training set.

Yeah it's RIFE interpolated 2x, so 12fps -> 24fps, or in other words in-between every other frame.
I've done 8fps -> 24fps, or 2 in-between frames for every generated frame, and it's fine sometimes, but often is too much of a jump for the interpolater and ends up looking wobbly. For short stuff it's worth the few extra minutes of render time to do it at 12fps.

They both have their pros and cons imo, depends on what you want to do. If you want to make danbooru artist porn/art with or without vtubers then EF+HLL for sure. The little details you can get are better and it respects less mainstream prompts better and overall I prefer the look BUT you need to learn prompting a bit more for it to get a feeling for what tags you should not mix, what you should include and what you should ignore generally for whatever you are trying to currently achieve.
Based68 on the other hand is easier to get decent stuff out of with lighter prompting but it doesn't get the details as well. However, it's also imo better for a lot of old style loras I have accumulated over time and you can prompt base SD artists like painters and stuff if you want to do more artsy stuff without the result looking like an absolute turd nearly as often as it does with EF+HLL.

My understanding is that Automatic1111 will automatically break your prompt into multiple chunks if it's longer than 75 tokens. Adding BREAK lets you control where those breaks occur, so you don't end up splitting the middle of a multi-word tag or sentence description. Like the other anon said your prompt is broken into 75 token batches, it's a leftover/workaround from early days of Stable Diffusion when 75 tokens was the absolute limit of your prompt length you could not surpass. The further you go towards the end of the current 75 token batch the less prominent the effect of what you type in will generally be so if you BREAK and write your next thing it will now be at "maximum strength". For example if you write an artist name at the tail end of a 75 token batch it might not change the style as much as you want it to. Of course since you can also weigh words up and down with parentheses it's hard to say to what extent is it important to break.

My purely personal preference:
character description
BREAK composition of the image / what's happening
BREAK artist names and other artstyle prompting

And starting each segment with what I feel is the most important part and ending with stuff I feel is not as important.

What I meant is DDIM doesn't need the extension to work because it doesn't need the extension at all. It has great colors out of the box with cfg rescale at 0. But you need to enable in UI settings "Hires fix: show hires checkpoint and sampler selection" and change the sampler for hires to be something other than DDIM because hires DDIM sucks.

Thanks for the tips, looks like 'm going back to the artist combo mines tonight. Is there a short list of artist and does anime well or are we just wild carding and hope we hit gold since most people's setting are all a bit different? One thing I'm not a huge fan of working with EF is that there isn't really a standard with now.

Would love to know too, how do the NAI bros figure it out? there is just so many artists kek. I have been just using single artists tags I know from ahem doujins and just adding negatives until their style looks similar to what I see usually in their stuff.
There is also an issue of some concepts being locked to the art-style as well, don't know if there is a catch-all style.

Wildcarding artist it is then, got 3 modes on (1-3 artist:0.25), [artist 1|artist 2] or 2 artist full strength, cleaned up my negatives too. The hll also greatly helps getting it more anime and better colours, so there should be alot less duds.
