I don't think that's the likely scenario at all. Kiara is well aware that Cover doesn't help the holos with their songs since she's already put out several, so their lack of effort to help with Sparks wouldn't be anything new to her. Irys getting help also wouldn't really set Kiara off like that since singing is Irys' main schtick. Irys isn't going to be able to produce her own songs before debut and having zero original songs for a vsinger's debut wouldn't be a great look.

I think Cover is doing something that's making it harder for holos to produce their own songs. Alternatively, maybe Cover is demanding a larger cut of song proceeds, which I can see pissing Kiara off when Cover provides zero help.

Marine and Fubuki are a shame. Kiara asked FBK for a collab last year and friend agreed but they never followed up. And the last collab plan with Marine was also last year and fell through when Marine got sick.

I think the big names have not been the best seniors in that aspect. Very few of them reached out in the beginning (Rushia and Marine comes to mind and the coof ruined that as well), so EN got the bad idea and they are afraid to form connections since they don't seem to be interested. In hindsight, Kiara fangirling for Pekora at the beginning of her career helped to break the ice and she has that going for her at least. If they kill the Ender Dragon and get the portal to the JP server as promised, there's potential to break this stalemate, especiall since Kiara stated to act more coy with her senpais recently.
