As someone who lives in the same Province as her, I've been Hospitalized over the weekend twice this past year. The most recent just this past summer.

You cannot be discharged without the approval of a doctor or one of their assistants. Doctors don't work on the weekend unless it's an absolute emergency, and the assistants, while they are there, don't get into the Hospital until 7am in the morning. They also leave at around 8pm that night.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to be discharged over the weekend, between that time period if you've been admitted. The fact that she posted that tweet at 4am in the morning means either it's NOT her, or she was never IN the Hospital in the first place.

Because it's not possible for her to get discharged when she said she has been.

Some reasons to believe she either self harmed or expressed interest in self harming:

1. Using the word "accident" and not clarifying more. For instance if she was hit by a car she could have said she was hit by a car.
2. Saying her phone was taken away. There would be no reason to do that unless the accident was super bad, but then she would likely have to be at the hospital longer if that was the case. So it's likely that it was to control what information she was seeing (for mental health reasons).
3. Being forced to stay there to be watched. Again, being forced if it wasn't a super major physical accident to me sounds like it's for mental health reasons.
4. Saying her parents are helping her while staying vague about it being an accident. Again, makes it sound like it's for mental health reasons.
5. Saying dragoons are what is keeping her going. This makes it sound like she doesn't feel like she has much to live for. And notice she didn't say anything about Nijisanji, only dragoons.
