We don't know what happened with the kyun vampire girl cover so why the fuck would I mention it? It was another time when she was disappointed with how things turned out, but she never said that it was managements fault. Gura said that it was taken care of until something prevented them from uploading it last minute. That means that management also thought things were fine and were caught off guard by something, most likely by the production label revoking their permissions for a cover last minute or attempting to change the terms of their agreement.

Second, with the Queen cover, you clearly don't know what you're talking about because it wasn't a lie. Mori also ran into the same issue where an artist asked for an exorbitant amount of money to agree to letting her sing a cover.
There are mainly two reasons this happens:
1) The original artist wants to collab instead and personally make a track for the person asking to cover it. This is what happened in Gura's case.
2) The orginal artsist is over protective of their music and/or personally doesn't like the person asking for permission to cover it. This is the reason why she will never be able to release a stand alone cover of Yamashita Tatsuro's music.

The first Nijisanji Lethal Company stream was on Nov 4th and the first HoloPro Lethal Company stream was on Nov 19th, so about 2 weeks later. No one in hololive English played it until Dec 15th.
So what this tells me is either Holostars EN and Hololive EN perms are handled differently like they are between Hololive EN and Hololive JP
or
they did have perms for Lethal company and no one bothered to check, including Gura.
