Not sure if anyone know this guy but Kamitsurugi.
They don't translate clips at all, they're not even a clipper as most of their popularity comes from posting lewd fan arts on the community tab to attract coomers who don't know what pixiv is.
Oh they also monetize it by having "an extra post" by joining their membership.
Can't think of any one lower.

I personally don't mind Iroha but some may not like him due to grammar mistakes and odd word choice due to his weak english. But its better for a translator to have a shitty grasp of the language of the audience than to have a shitty grasp of the language of the talent. In the first case the audience sees the shoddiness and knows to use context clues and take the appropriate grain of salt with what is said.

in my opinion any clipper that adds any editing to the clip besides captions or additional context is a bad clipper. i didnt click on the video to see their shitty reddit-tier attempts at humor, i came to watch a vtuber say or do something funny. every time a clip is interrupted by a cutaway joke or silly reference i die a little inside
