Chuubas keeping viewer spreadsheets is real. I mostly watch 2view indies and small corpos, and one of the more menhera 2views I was a regular for last year got angry at me for writing an affectionate comment for my oshi in one of said oshi's membership streams, and she quietly held on to this until she quoted it back at me several months after the fact. So she was stalking her viewers so hard that she was joining the memberships of other "Who?", VTubers who she knew we watched just to see what some of us were doing and cataloging the types of interactions we were having with other girls.

I don't have any issue with a chuuba that makes it clear they want strong boundaries and that they are just entertainers, but they USE the parasocial relationship to their advantage to get attention and sympathy and money but don't reciprocate. I think that's hypocritical.
