They all left specifically because the original contracts didn't require them to be a full time idol, but Koshita sold the company to a much larger company for cash and the contracts were being changed to be less favorable to gen 3 on top of gen 3 already being repeatedly sidelined in favor of oceane and nenebux, leading to oceane's army harassing them until it became legally a problem for Koshita and he finally decided the legal fees were not worth dealing with her shit. Kawaii literally has only itself to blame for causing problems for itself, and despite the memoryholing it is a fact in the last 2 years it has had a bunch of earlier graduations before gen 3 because the management is shit (and managers themselves quit) and Koshita never fixed that because it was always just a hobby for him since his family is rich and he'll just bounce to succeed his father as CEO of Japcorp later in life.
