I am willing to be critical of Yuri here and say that while I think she loved the people at Phase, she was clearly unhappy, and I think the new model was the worst to happen for her. You could tell she was coping really hard and didn't like it herself, but chose to pretend its what she wanted to spite anyone else who didn't like it.
