In her defense and in anyone's defense who brings on people they know to be good hires to their place, it's usually done with the idea that with their contributions, things have a good chance to change for the better. Obviously the upper staff situation is not great enough that it caused Cheri and Erika to not want to stream under them anymore, but it was worth a shot. Cheri is hyper aware of her own shortcomings where having structure and a manager really helps her out, so it's telling if she feels they are not supporting her well in that regard.
