I know not a lot of people watch her here so I'll mention Lamy in addition to already mentioned Holos. She makes actual schedules and follows them, streams very consistently and always gives explanations on Twitter on days she doesn't, always reads all superchats, calls in when other members have totsumachi, has a good sense of responsibility overall. Lamy mentioned being inspired by Coco to get up early and do 9 am morning streams on multiple days of the week. On top of that she makes sure to care about her health and treat all problems as soon as possible. Her sleep hours get bad sometimes though.
Now if only she was more confident about her voice and did utawaku and covers... She has vocal training but offstream.
