Cover is extremely bad at running foreign side branches so it wouldn't be a shock if the Advent members eventually lost motivation but it usually takes a year or two. There is a good financial reason to build up a fan base during the early months and so far none of them seem to be angry with management.

As someone that only watches small corpo, advent has been like a breath of fresh air. The only Hololive I liked previously was Kiara but she whines too much, and Fauna, but she's a bit boring and her ASMR isn't my flavor of ASMR. Shiori is really good at bonding with her audience despite having more than 3000 people in chat, that's take a lot of skill and her humor is great. Fuwamoco is good at making even the most boring games more entertaining and they are great at kayfabe they are like what a vtuber originally was like kizuna ai, biboo is great at showing the excitement of gaming through her cheerful demeanor and ability to enjoy them, nerissa I'll admit I don't watch but she's good at singing and she's a good person for more liberal minded people to watch (I think?) So she gives troons something to watch instead of bothering other girls.

A vtuber's greatest period is always the first year at most and that's why I've become the greatest whore known in vtubing. Just oshihen whenever a good vtuber debuts,, I'm switching almost once every 6 months. I've gone through holos, indies, nijiEN, tsunderia, phase, idol and even had some time at kawaii.
Just leave whenever you feel they are starting to get too comfortable in their role. There will always be someone relatively new, trying their hardest to do kino things their fans will like to try to make their career work out.
