2. This new project AI has begun suggesting improvements for itself, and has designed potential new AI models which are more efficient than itself, but the employees have refused to implement any of the suggestions until further study
3. The AI has developed new methods of encryption decoding which renders all commercial and government encryption methods completely obsolete
The 3rd point in particular is the most serious if even slightly true. None of these were intended to be malicious developments but are emergent properties which could have serious consequences if any of them are remotely real
The banks, military databases, companies, and any "Secure" transfer or storage of data is completely fucked if they have created an AI which can decrypt common encryption methods these infrastructures use, even crypto and blockchain is broken, taking only minutes to decrypt where before it would take years or centuries to break.

Chinese military AI research is probably only 2 or 3 years behind the West at this point (even open source AI is maybe less than a year behind) so if the leak is true, they will be able to hack every crypto currency and online communication within 3 years.
There's no way the US government could test, release, and get people to trust a completely new cryptographic system in under 3 years, even if the AI did all the development and wrote all the implementations within seconds.
Just by announcing to the world that such an unpatchable vulnerability exists, the leak has made the timelines get even shorter than 3 years, because now attackers are more motivated to invest in AI.
The result is, no one with access to this top secret information would have any incentive to leak it.
Either they don't want the Western internet and economy to collapse (so they'd keep the vulnerability secret to prevent that from happening), or they do want that to happen (but they want the West to think they have longer to prepare than they actually do, so the leak would go straight to Beijing, not to 4chan).

No, sadly Miyu's downfall started long before her LoL arc.
The first signs I remember were her complaining around the time of the first collab that some of the vtubers she thought were her friends had started ghosting her.
Miyu's the sort of adorable clingy girl who craves validation from other people and is prepared to give a lot of love in return, but in the cut throat world of vtubing there are a lot of narcissists and groomers out there who see her as easy prey.
I can't prove that Camila was one of the vtubers who hurt her, but Saiiren's recent meltdown on her birthday stream really felt like history was repeating itself.
Anyway, the biggest culprit really seems to have been Olette, who Miyu became increasingly financially dependent on, especially as Olette kept pressuring Miyu to go on holidays, and adopt a garish Olette themed new model that she paid for.
I suspect that Olette also abused her mod powers to scare off other members of the community, and even though she was based for calling out Camila, that made Miyu look unprofessional by association.
The final straw was Olette completely failing to do anything to mark Miyu's birthday, other than pressuring her into a subathon which burnt her out.
Miyu cried on stream, saying how she wished that someone would have reached out to Vedal to get him to record a cute happy birthday message for her, like he recorded one for Camila.
Maybe Olette did one time try to help Miyu and Vedal arrange a collab, but I'd sooner believe that was a faked screenshot, or at least that Olette has stopped trying to bring them together now that she sees Vedal as some kind of rival.

If you want a view into her psychology, you just have to look at the lyrics of her Neuro duet, "Monster". The rush of income and female attention has probably gone to his head, and he doesn't have the emotional experience or maturity or woman brain needed to navigate this social game perfectly. He has to juggle zoomer irony, with vtuber kayfabe, with Camila's genuinely toxic narcissism, which makes it hard for him to know how to behave around Anny, especially when there's an age, gender, culture, and language gap there as well, not to mention the fact that Anny's own mental stability isn't perfect.
